As architects specialising in workplaces, we are working with our client Uncommon to create flexible workspaces which aim to help their members live well, work well and do well, through supportive environments that are designed around them.

Located on the New Kings Road in South West London, Uncommon Fulham Phase I & II included the refurbishment of existing office buildings into flexible workspaces, with a contemporary new build pavilion on the ground floor providing additional reception, lounge, meeting and café space which is filled by a 3m high Ficus tree.

Our vibrant design was inspired by the existing warehouse roofs of surrounding buildings. The courtyard is used as an events space and extends the potential for the Uncommon’s members to forge a new and dynamic work community.

We have recently won planning permission for Phase III of the project, which will see a series of nine timber clad modular units provide further workspace and meeting rooms for local businesses. Please click here to read more.
