This project endeavours to create a high quality single dwelling within the existing fabric of a Grade II* listed building, maximising a feeling of space and grandeur appropriate to the existing
building and its location.

The proposal includes the introduction of a double height space to the living area through the simplification of the roof truss structure to the fifth floor living area – cinema and snooker room. The new structure will improve the usability of the space, but will not require the removal of, or any alteration to, the existing roof or external walls. We worked in close collaboration with client and in-house interior designer to achieve the highest quality development, providing architectural, interior and FF&E services.
