Highgate House
Planning has been granted to create a contemporary family home and garden fit for modern family life set within the Highgate Conservation Area.
The scheme includes part demolition of an existing mid-century house, enabling the construction of a new enlarged dwelling behind the retained facade, alongside significant upgrades to the retained building fabric and the introduction of new, efficient services.
Materials for the extensions have been thoughtfully chosen to complement the existing structure while prioritising sustainability and contemporary minimal living, and include recycled bricks, zinc cladding, and Accoya timber screens.
