Croatian-born architect Jelena Cousins came to London from IUAV university in Venice to complete her studies at the Bartlett School of Architecture in 1998.
Jelena has worked with many highly regarded practices. At David Gibson she gained considerable experience in designing for historic and listed buildings and whilst at EPR, Wilkinson Eyre and Hawkins Brown she delivered high profile residential, commercial and educational schemes.
Jelena founded Cousins Architects in 2007 where she undertook a number of complex and interesting interior extensions and internal refurbishments, before forming Cousins & Cousins in 2012.
As the practice’s Creative Director, Jelena has an incredibly refined eye for proportion, aesthetic and style, and oversees all design work within the practice.
