We are seeking a senior architect with commercial and hospitality experience to join our growing London team.

Cousins & Cousins is an international multi-award winning architecture and interior design studio seeking a UK registered senior architect to lead a number of commercial, hospitality and co-living projects working closely with the directors.

Essential skills and experience include:

Minimum 5 years Post Part 3 experience in relevant sectors
Confident, self-motivated and client facing with excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills with proven internal and external team management ability
Experience developing and delivering both interiors and shell & core packages
have a strong understanding of the UK Building and Planning regulations
Experience of all forms of procurement methods and forms of building contracts
NBS writing
Financial and project management experience maintaining project profitability
Technical understanding and ability to QA other team member’s work
Experience working on High-Risk Buildings would also be beneficial
An eye for contemporary design, materials, detail and interiors with solid technical knowledge coordinating and resolving complex designs issues
Proficiency in Revit, Windows and Adobe Suite required, knowledge of Microstation & SketchUp advantageous
