The role is for an architect with a proven track record of working on private one-off residential projects from inception to completion. Experience of all RIBA stages is required with particular emphasis on detailed design and delivery of refurbishment and new-build projects.

The successful applicant will have an eye for contemporary design, detail, and interiors, be self-sufficient, confident, client facing and have knowledge of acting as lead designer and coordinating and resolving complex design problems. Applicants should also have excellent technical, communication and organisational skills. Knowledge of Microstation, Photoshop and InDesign is essential. 3D modelling and visualisations experience is an advantage.

Given the current situation, we are seeking candidates who would initially be working from home. As such, candidates should be self-motivated and experienced with setting their own deadlines and working autonomously. An availability for an immediate start would be ideal.
