Modular Offices granted Planning Permision in Fulham

Cousins & Cousins and Uncommon are delighted to have received planning permission to build a series of timber modular units in Fulham, South West London. The nine new units will provide additional office space and meeting rooms for local small businesses, proving that our existing built landscape can be adapted and extended through intelligent design and lightweight construction techniques.

The proposal will provide 133 sqm of additional office space and will increase the density of the site by up to 50 occupants, to cater for up to 650 members total. The irregular pitched roof form of the individual modules responds to the surrounding rooflines and due to their size and nature they will be manufactured off-site and delivered as completed units. This process means that there will be minimal disruption to the current occupants and surrounding neighbors and greatly reduces the construction period.
