Kenwood Lee House Wins RIBA London Award

We are delighted that Kenwood Lee House was one of seven houses to be recognised with a prestigious RIBA London Award this week. The RIBA awards are regarded internationally as a mark of architectural excellence.

Kenwood Lee House is a new-build home which offered a rare opportunity; the client, a successful builder had an exceptional ability to deliver our design. A mutual obsession with attention to detail proved instrumental in creating the family’s dream home.

In awarding the prize RIBA commented:

‘This beautifully executed house with its outward show of considered restraint, gently dissolves into gloriously, unashamedly cushioned luxury within.’

The project will be considered for the RIBA House of the Year Award longlist, to be announced in June.
