Best Offline Experience, Archiboo Web Awards – Shortlisted
9 August 2017
Cousins & Cousins are delighted to have been shortlisted for an Archiboo Web Award for Best Offline Experience.
In June 2017 Ben Cousins collaborated with NLA Chairman Peter Murray to support bicycle brand Vélosophy’s ‘one-for-one’ promise by riding the bikes to raise awareness for the ethos behind Concour’s d’Elegance. For every bicycle sold Vélosophy donate another to a school girl in Ghana, giving them a chance to better their future through access to education.
A social media campaign was created around the event and official Rapha Nocturne sponsor Von Crank offered to assemble the bicycles upon their arrival at the New London Architecture Headquarters. The bicycles are to be auctioned later this year, and all proceeds will be donated to school girls in Ghana.
“By attending the Rapha Nocturne race with Cousins & Cousins our brand has reached a unique group of potential customers who really live for cycling. Without this event Vélosophy would have never been introduced to this niche subculture in London”
– Fredrik Widen, Founding Director of Vélosophy
“I am father to 3 daughters, so the thought of empowering women and supporting this worthy cause in Ghana makes this race even more important to me”
– Ben Cousins, Founding Director at Cousins & Cousins
