Concept design for a replacement new build home in the Chestfield Conservation area of Whitstable, Kent.
The design proposal involves the construction of a highly sustainable replacement building to the existing poorly performing and structurally deficient two-storey neo-Tudor dwelling.
Our design remains sympathetic to the Conservation Area while also including Passivhaus design principles with enhanced airtightness, MVHR system, reduced CO2 concrete, and an engineered timber structural frame, whilst providing a modern high-end and elegant family home.
