Tim studied art and design before undertaking an architecture degree at Cardiff University, followed by studies at London Metropolitan University for his postgraduate and professional qualifications.

A qualified architect since 2016, Tim is interested in improving homes and cities with good design, championing sustainable projects with social benefit. In practice, he demonstrates this passion in work across sectors, which includes the refurbishment and extension of Koko – an entertainment venue in Camden – as well as new build modular offices at Uncommon Fulham, large-scale refurbishment and extension works at Uncommon Holborn and the redevelopment of Highlands House in Wimbledon.

Alongside his work at Cousins & Cousins, he is actively engaged with different charity and community work, and assists with charitable social housing projects.

A firm believer that education and mentoring of young people is key to ensuring a diverse, engaged and environmentally aware industry in the future, Tim has tutored and lectured at a university and professional level and has also run educational workshops with school children in the UK and abroad.
